Silver Jumps Over $3, Gold Back Above $5,700

Silver is moving higher today, gaining over  4% in a single session. After rising more than $3 per ounce, silver is now back above $80 and trading around $83 per ounce.

Gold is also pushing higher, climbing back above $5,700 after gaining nearly 1.3%, or about $70, today. Gold is currently trading around $5,720 per ounce.
